Red, White, and Pink Blog Tour

It’s the month of all things red, white and pink. And chocolate. Lots of chocolate.

This month on the Sewing by Ti Blog Tour, the theme is “Red, White, and Pink.”

I am a fan of pink, but I had to throw some black and grey in there, too. Because boys.

I was just dying to have this plaid heart and mustache print as soon as I saw it on Vintage Lace. I love a good, fun boy print, especially holiday themed. Usually holiday prints are more geared towards girls.

I defaulted back to one of my favorite boy patterns, the Dylan Tee (affiliate link) from Made for Mermaids. The side panel allowed me to break up the print and tie in with the black neckband.

I rarely get good pictures of myself with the boys since I am usually the one behind the camera. So I asked my husband to come out and capture some photos of us. They grow up so fast, so I am glad to have some sewing pictures to look back on when I long for their smaller days.

For myself, I am wearing my Harbor Knot Tee from Striped Swallow Designs. This Stitched with Love print is also from Vintage Lace. They have become my go to for holiday prints! Bonus photos below from when I initially made this shirt.

These two little goofballs make me laugh with their silliness, post nap hair and the occasional forced smile.

Even though we don’t coordinate, we will be rocking our Valentine’s Day shirts tomorrow!

The ladies will be sharing all month long from the Sewing by Ti Blog Tour so follow along each day!
